Foxes.

Here is a series of three drawings of foxes which I did for my mum's birthday present this year. They've been going down pretty well, so I thought I'd put 'em up on here! They are watercolour, mechanical pencil and fineliner, just FYI.
Enjoy!
Much love.

Four rabbits of my association.

So, as I've been daring a lot of animals, I decided to do some life drawing of mine and my boyfriend's rabbits. May I introduce you to, in order, Dallas, Pilgrim, Dorian and Russell.
I love them and miss them all - only home for a week, but I wish they were here too! (Although my dog would eat them.)
Enjoy!
Much love

Insects

Here are a few sketches/watercolours from my series of studies on insects and bugs.
Enjoy!
Much love.

Exciting times in the print room.

So, I've been keeping occupied during the last few weeks in our marvellous print room, and here are the results.
The first is from my lithography induction; fallen a bit in love with lithography, despite the hours of grinding massive slabs of limestone together, so stay tuned for more.
The other three are etchings. The first two are prints from the same plate, one of which I watercoloured afterwards. The other went a bit strange - someone had put the soft ground into a hard ground box, so the texture of the paper printed onto the ground and etched in a weirdly tonal way. But still, it was interesting, and I don't entirely hate it.. !
Enjoy ladies and gents.
Much love.

The Sketchbook Project.

Happy New Year guys! I can't say I've done much over Christmas, but I have been getting on and finishing my sketchbook for The Sketchbook Project. To find out about what it is, read here:
http://www.arthousecoop.com/projects/sketchbookproject2012
The theme I picked was "Fill me with stories", and though my little narrative isn't too complex or innovative, it kept me going drawing wise over the long Christmas holidays.
Hope you like it, my dears.
Much love.
